The activity will be realised in Podgorica at hotel Crna Gora from April 21-25, 2010. The participants on a meeting will be: teachers, NGO activists and high reps from the institutions dealing with this questions, coming from: Ukraine, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Hercegovina.
